PLEASE NOTE: Work is currently underway to renew and rebuild facilities at Stanford University Medical Center as part of the Renewal Project. The first step of the project, which includes utility construction work on Welch Road, requires significant traffic changes and will affect how you access our practice.*Beginning October 19, 2011, Welch Road will become a one way, one lane road going west from Quarry Road to Pasteur Drive.* This traffic route will be in effect for two years.
In order to accommodate this change and reduce the amount of traffic on Welch Road, a new driveway has been constructed behind our building. Beginning October 3, 2011, access to our practice at 900 Welch Road is via Vineyard Lane. The driveway into our property from Welch Road will be open.
We recommend adding 15 minutes to your estimated travel time as you plan your trip to your office.
New Directions to 900 Welch Road
From US Highway 101 North or South: Take the Embarcadero Road exit west. Cross El Camino Real (becomes Galvez Street). Turn right at Arboretum Road, cross Palm Drive. Turn left on Quarry Road. Turn right on Welch Rd.
From Highway 280 North or South. Take the Sand Hill Road exit east. Turn right on Vineyard Lane. Turn right onto Quarry Road. Turn right on Welch Rd.
