Chandhu Paka graduated with honors from the Royal College of Surgeons in Dublin, Ireland. She then completed her training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at St. Luke's - Roosevelt Hospital Center in New York City. During this time she was awarded multiple teaching awards, including the Arnold P. Gold Foundation Humanism and Excellence in Teaching Award by Columbia University. Ultimately, Dr. Paka would like to pursue an academic career in minimally invasive surgery, with emphasis on medical student and resident education.
